Although Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and Muay Thai are great forms of self-defense, we created this program to help prepare our students for the most common and dangerous assault situations. Understanding how to avoid strikes and close distance, we get our students accustomed to the safest positions to bring assailants down to the ground and assess their options; control them until police can arrive, submit them with a joint lock or strangle, or take position to effectively land strikes.
